The 5G+AI visual inspection system can identify defects such as scratches, deformations, and flow marks on the surface of the bumper at the millimeter level, with a detection rate of over 99%, replacing traditional manual visual inspection and increasing the yield rate to over 99.5%. The AGV logistics system relies on 5G low latency and high reliability network to achieve precise scheduling of bumper blanks and finished products, improving logistics efficiency by 40% and approaching zero error rate. The digital twin platform synchronously constructs a virtual production line, maps equipment status and process parameters in real time, supports predictive maintenance and dynamic optimization of process parameters, and improves equipment overall efficiency (OEE) by 25%. The Implementation Plan for Digital Transformation of the Automotive Industry clearly encourages the construction of '5G+Industrial Internet' demonstration plants and promotes the unification of industrial standards. At present, the domestic intelligent bumper production line has achieved a transition from single machine automation to full chain digitization, but cross system data interoperability and edge computing cost are still bottlenecks for scale.
