YUCHUANG.Founded in March 2018 and located in Lianghe Subdistrict, Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, YUCHUANG is a manufacturing enterprise in Southwest China that specializes in the production of large-scale coal mining equipment, such as roadheaders, and holds independent intellectual property rights. The company integrates R&D, production, spare parts supply, processing and manufacturing, maintenance, technical management, and after-sales service for mining machinery, serving as a comprehensive entity dedicated to the coal mining industry. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 50 roadheaders and 200,000 cutting teeth. It operates a 33,000-square-meter production facility equipped with over 300 sets of advanced machinery, including a 25,000 kN-class hydraulic support comprehensive test bench, intelligent robotic welding stations, CNC chamfering robots, an unmanned intelligent heat treatment production line, an eco-friendly spray painting assembly line, and plasma cutters. In the fields of hydraulic supports and scraper conveyors, the company has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of hydraulic supports and 10 scraper conveyors. Its main product lines include: roadheaders, hydraulic supports, scraper conveyors, various fully mechanized mining equipment, as well as accessories such as cutting teeth and hydraulic hoses.
