TIANQIAN.TIANQIAN was established in May 2010. The company is located in Mianzhu City, Deyang, Sichuan Province, with a total investment of 430 million yuan, a registered capital of 200 million yuan, and a site area of 132 mu. The company operates advanced production lines, including a 25,000-ton electric screw press die-forging line, an 8-ton CNC fully hydraulic die-forging hammer line, 3-ton and 1-ton electro-hydraulic hammer open-die forging lines, as well as supporting heat treatment lines and a metal materials testing laboratory. Its main products include turbine blades used in nuclear and thermal power plant steam turbines, gas turbine compressors, and wind turbines; integral drop-forged crankshafts required for marine high-speed engines, heavy-duty truck engines, and large generator set engines; as well as large and medium-sized precision drop-forged structural components for special-purpose vehicles and oil and gas extraction. The company has obtained a series of stringent quality management system certifications, including AS9100D, IATF16949, ISO9001, GJB9001C, AD2000-W0, and PED 97/23/EC, and has also been certified under the ISO14001 Environmental Management System and the OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
