RCL.RCL was established in May 2019, specializing in the design of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuits (ICs), chip manufacturing, and the development, production, and sales of microelectronic products and application systems. The company's chip manufacturing project features a hybrid wafer production line utilizing 0.5µm process technology. Through unique circuit and device structure design, along with process optimization, electrical performance metrics such as switching frequency, power density, and voltage withstand capability reach industry-leading levels, with certain products replacing imports. Leveraging advanced process technology and commercial integrity, RCL customizes specialized products for domestic and international clients. Future plans include establishing an 8-inch wafer production line with 0.18µm process technology to manufacture high-performance power circuits and next-generation high-power-density semiconductor devices, positioning the company as a leading global supplier of power devices and integrated circuits.
