ORTON.Founded on February 11, 2015, and registered in the Xiaolan Economic and Technological Development Zone of Nanchang, ORTON is a national-level high-tech enterprise specializing in providing transformers and high- and low-voltage switchgear for the new energy storage, photovoltaic, wind power, and commercial and industrial sectors. The company operates an eco-technology park spanning 400 mu (approximately 26.7 hectares) with over 100,000 square meters of modern factory space. It has achieved integrated smart manufacturing for core components such as oil tanks, laminated radiators, and cores. With a monthly production capacity exceeding 600 new energy transformers, the company is capable of responding to urgent orders within 24 hours. Its product and service network covers all 34 provincial-level administrative regions in China as well as overseas markets in Africa. ORTON possesses robust technical capabilities, advanced production processes, and precision testing equipment, holding numerous international and domestic invention and utility model patents. The company annually formulates and executes systematic plans for product R&D, quality inspection, and internal audits, continuously optimizing product performance and enhancing market competitiveness through a comprehensive evaluation system. During production, the company strictly adheres to process flow charts, work instructions, and production monitoring records, and implements multiple quality control measures such as initial inspection, self-inspection, and mutual inspection. All raw materials and components undergo rigorous inspection by the company’s quality control department. All measuring instruments used in production are regularly calibrated and used only within their valid calibration periods, ensuring that every product leaving the factory meets quality standards and fully satisfies customer requirements.
