The Chinese pH meter industry is accelerating its transformation towards a 'cloud edge end' intelligent monitoring system empowered by 5G, achieving a transition from single parameter collection to full process digital twins. Leading enterprises such as Dalian Yister YST-PH880, Leici PHG-7685A, and Hash MS5050 have integrated 5G modules, supporting millisecond level data upload, edge AI calibration, and electrode life prediction with a latency of less than 10ms, meeting the real-time control needs of high-sensitivity scenarios such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and sewage treatment. Wuhan CNNC Instrument and other solution providers have built a water quality monitoring network through a 5G private network, achieving synchronous feedback of multi-point pH data and automatic dosing closed-loop, reducing operation and maintenance costs by more than 60%. China takes the lead in formulating the world's first industrial 5G international standard IEC PAS 63595:2025, which unifies communication protocols and interface specifications, promoting breakthroughs in interoperability of domestic equipment. By 2025, the market share of domestic industrial pH meters is expected to exceed 65%, and the penetration rate of 5G will exceed 40%. The integration of technology is driving the industry's evolution from 'device sales' to a 'monitoring as a service' model, but cross platform data silos and edge computing bottlenecks still need to be overcome.
