The integration of China's engine industry with traditional industries is driven by the three major engines of 'power system reconstruction, intelligent control penetration, and material system upgrading', promoting comprehensive reform of the energy equipment system. In the field of transportation, Weichai Power has built a 'engine+electric drive+intelligent control' multi in one powertrain with 53.09% of the world's highest thermal efficiency diesel engine as the core, which is widely used in heavy-duty trucks, ships, and engineering machinery, achieving breakthroughs in fuel economy and emission control; BYD, Geely and other companies are promoting the mass production of six in one to twelve in one electric drive systems. By 2025, the installed capacity of multi in one electric drive will increase by 91.59% year-on-year, transforming traditional internal combustion engines from a single power source to an efficient energy center for hybrid systems. In the field of non road machinery, the domestically produced high-pressure common rail system has increased the thermal efficiency of agricultural machinery to 42%, reduced nitrogen oxide emissions by 60% compared to the National III standard, and achieved real-time NOx control in mines and generator sets through intelligent SCR denitrification systems. Aviation power has achieved independent breakthroughs, and the AES100 civil turboshaft engine developed by AVIC has completed airworthiness certification and been equipped with tilt rotor aircraft, ending the long-term dependence on imports. On the material side, the localization of high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys supports the temperature resistance limit of aviation engines and heavy-duty power systems to exceed 600 ℃. The intelligent electronic control system optimizes the air-fuel ratio and ignition timing in real time through ECU, making the response accuracy of engineering machinery engines reach millisecond level. On the policy side, the '14th Five Year Plan' industrial strong foundation project and the 'dual carbon' target are working together to promote the transition of engines from 'manufacturing output' to 'standard definition'.
