A single operator can monitor 10 production lines, and the aluminum template intelligent production line can produce a finished product in 75 seconds, increasing efficiency by three times. The green and low-carbon innovation has achieved significant results. The closed-loop of 'photovoltaic+energy storage+intelligent production' has reduced unit energy consumption by 15%. The aluminum ash resource utilization technology has achieved zero solid waste emissions. The hydropower aluminum process has reduced the electricity consumption per ton of aluminum to 13250 kilowatt hours. The industry university research cooperation builds a full chain innovation system, and Southwest Aluminum provides nearly a thousand tons of materials for C919, promoting the industry from 'following' to 'leading' and becoming the core material support for high-end manufacturing.
